Rates and Reservations

Rates are based on weekly double occupancy. A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less a 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a $100 non-refundable security waiver/booking fee, and a Virgin Islands hotel tax of 8%.
