Rates are based on weekly occupancy, but longer or shorter trips may be arranged. Upon final booking of your trip, a 50% deposit of your vacation total is required. The remaining balance of the total due is to be paid 60 days before your scheduled departure date.

Cancellation and changing fees are as follows: 90 days before departure, $350 fee is incured. Less than 90 days before departure, no refund is given. A change in dates is considered to be a cancellation and will incur the $350 fee. Please consider calncellation insurance protection through a reputable company to avoid unforeseen problems. Also note, a $35 per day security insurance per day is required.
